What’s your MOQ ? Do you accept small quantity for a trial order ?
Normally our MOQ is 100~300pcs per finish but it much depends on what you order. We do support small quantity for a trial order to start the business, however the quantity should be able to process. So pls contact our sales via sales@erosenbath.com to discuss the possibility of processing.

What’s your Lead Time ?
This is really depending on what you order and how big of the order. Generally it will take around 45 days to finish an order, but if what you ordered are not our regular items or have special request on manufacturing, the lead time will be subject to our discussion before order confirmed.

What finishes of tapware or faucets are you available ?
We have a wide range of finishes for you to choose from besides of the most basic finish chrome. From brushed nickel to brushed gold, from matte black to pure white, from grey to red…etc, we almost have all to fit your need. For more details, pls click ” By Finish ” to see all of them.

Could we combine several different items into one container? and each item have different finishes ?
Yes, this could be allowed. We would be more than happy to see your warehouse are stocked with a great slection of items in impactful finishes to offer many options for the consumer.

What’s your package? Can you make color box for us ?
Normally the package will be a neutral brown carton if no special request. Yes,color box per your requirement could be custom-made, an attractive package where put your brand image on would be highly-recommended.

Is the packaging safe enough when delivery by UPS or Fedex ?
Yes. Most of our tapware are packed with sponge which have a very good protection for them.

Will you do test for tapwares before shipping ?
Yes, all tapwares will be tested before shipping including pressure test and other comprehensive test to make sure every tap is working perfectly.

Does ErosenBath have a warranty on their products ?
ErosenBath stands behind the quality of its products and selecting only the greatest quality European parts and components from Switzerland, Hungary, and Spain which allows us to provide an outstanding 1~3 years warranty depending on different items.
